Your future. Final exams. Your living situation. Student loan debt. Going away to college and being separated from your family and friends for the first time in your life. These and other factors can emotionally and psychologically overwhelm students with stress, adding strain to their lives and provoking them to do poorly in their courses, which happens a lot more often than you would imagine.
